This is a delicious, fresh and nutritious salad dressing. It’s so good, it triggers cravings and can be addicting…and in this instance that’s good! I first tasted a similar version of it at a restaurant called Gypsy Cab Company…their house dressing.
Heat oil to 375 degrees F in deep fryer or deep saucepan. Cut fillets into 4-to-5-inch strips. Combine salt, pepper, flour, cornmeal and cayenne; mix well. Coat fish with mixture. Deep fry fish in hot oil for 4-5 minutes until fish is golden brown.
Wash okra and drain well. Remove tips and stem ends. Cut okra into ½-inch slices. Place okra and flour into a zip-top bag. Seal bag and shake until okra is coated.

This works better with leftovers but yeah. While fired chicken is cold, put a pinch of cayne pepper over all pices of your chicken. Then cover chicken in hot sauce until all of chicken pices turn the color of the sauce.
