Directions: Preheat your grill to medium/high. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Grill the steaks until they are done to your liking. Take the steaks off the grill and allow them to rest on a plate tented with foil.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut Grouper into five 6-8 ounce pieces. Sprinkle with Bayou Dust seasoning and set aside. Chop spinach and sauté in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
