Unleash a fiery kick with this incredibly easy-to-make homemade spicy chili mayonnaise, known affectionately as 'Chilinaise.' This versatile condiment is perfect as a dipping sauce for everything from chicken and seafood to crispy fries and fritters. It also elevates burgers and salads with its bold, customizable heat. Prepare to get addicted to this flavorful and simple sauce that adds excitement to any meal or BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of Whole Egg Mayonnaise * (Not the super sweet kind!!!!)
  • 3 Long red chillis
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • White pepper and Salt
  • 2 tbs Sweet Chilli sauce or plum sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp white wine or white balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Roughly chop the long red chillis. If you prefer milder head, remove the seeds. You could add more or less at this point- or a variety of different chillis.

  2. Place the chilli and garlic in a blender and puree down with the white vinegar.

  3. Blend in a bowl with the other ingredients.
