  • 6 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 pkg Aunt Mids Classic Cole Slaw
  • 1 cup sliced (matchstick size) carrots
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup roaste4d soy nuts, unsalted
  • Tropical Poppy Dressing (Aunt Mids or what you prefer)

Method

Combine salad ingredients in large serving bowl. Toss with desired amount of dressing just before serving.
