This salad is best when made ahead of time. Keep it in the fridge. The salad is liked by everyone, but especially men! Great with a braai/BBQ.
Cook pasta in salt water until al dente and drain when cooked.
Cover with cold water.
Dice green pepper & onion into small pieces.
Mix all the other ingredients to make the sauce.
Drain the pasta and mix everything thoroughly into the pasta.
Refrigerate (It tastes even better the following day when the pasta has absorbed some of the sauce)
