The BEST BBQ sauce EVER

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup Heinz 57 sauce
  • 1/4 cup HP sauce
  • 2 1/8 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Method

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 24 hours before using. Great on beef, chicken, pork.

Store in sealed container in fridge till done.
