Super easy, super quick weeknight supper recipe. I really don't like Sloppy Joes very much (had them too much as a kid, I suppose), so these work out great, and the kids love them.
In a 10 or 12-inch skillet over medium high heat, brown the beef. Strain off the fat (put it in a colander and rinse with hot water to really reduce the fat content). Return to heat, sprinkle beef with flour, and stir to spread it out as evenly as possible. Add soup, bring to boil, reduce heat, and stir for 2 - 3 minutes until thickened, then remove from heat. Slap on a bun, and serve.
