Cooking is made easy with JUMBO sambal sauces.
Directions: In a heated wok, heat oil and sauté dried shrimps, garlic and shallot till fragrant. Add in the JUMBO sambal sauce. Throw in the vegetables and add 1/4 cup water. Simmer over low heat for 5-8 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dish up and serve hot with rice.
