Delight your guests with this refreshing and easy-to-make homemade milk jelly, infused with a bright lemon flavor. This unique dessert is not only impressive but also provides 50% of your daily vitamin D needs.
Dissolve the sugar by mixing it with a drop of water and heating it gently. Add the dissolved sugar to the Super Milk and lemon rind.
Leave to cool.
Soften the gelatine by standing it in the cold water in a small heat-proof container, then stand the container in a pan of boiled water and stir until dissolved.
Gently stir the gelatine into the cooled milk mixture, then strain through a sieve into a basin.
Stir occasionally until the mixture thickens.
Pour into a bowl or mould and leave to set in the fridge for about an hour.
