Ingredients

  • Heat oven 350 degrees
  • Hamburger Ground Chuck or Ground Round
  • Maple flavored bacon
  • coarse salt
  • fresh cracked black pepper
  • Worchestire sauce

Method

Preheat oven 350 degrees pat out your hamburger patties 1 per person wrap with 1 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick salt and pepper to taste sprinkle with Worchestire sauce place in an iron skillet, lightly cover with aluminum foil to keep from splattering in your oven. The last 8-10 minutes of cooking remove the foil. *I check my hamburger steak, mash with a hamburger turner, to see if the liquid inside of the steak is clear to see if it is done. Flip it over, remove the foil and finish browning.
