Tradtional fried moose meat
Place in pre-heated pan with choice of oil or lard. Let simmer until meat begins to brown. Add strips of onions, salt and pepper to liking. Flip. Continue to fry until thoroughly cooked, NO redness, more oil or lard can be added if needed. When cooked through stir and fry for addtional 20 seconds. Transfer to plate and enjoy with bannock,
