Microwave Chocolate Weetbix Slice

Description

Easy quick slice. Great way to use up weetbix crumbs at the bottom of the packet.

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tspn vanilla essense
  • 2 tblspn cocoa
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 4 weetbix crushed

Method

Melt butter, gradually mix in remaining ingredients, press into shallow square dish Cook 6-8mins Ice with chocolate icing
