Meatloaf Au Jus

Description

A delicious Meatloaf with apples, tomatoes, and onions; cooked in Au Jus Gravy.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. of Ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Progresso Plain Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Tsp of Garlic
  • 1 Tsp of Goya Adobo
  • 2 Tbs of Heinz Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Mince Apples
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Mince Onions
  • 1/4 Cup of Fresh Mince Tomatoes

  • 1 - 12 oz Jar of Heinz Bistro Au Jus Gravy

Method

Pre-heat Oven 350 Degrees Combine all Ingredients (Except Au Jus Gravy) into a Mixing bowl Mix Ingredients and Shape Meat into a Loaf form Place Meatloaf into a Pyrex Cooking Plate Cook 30 mins (Dry) After 30 mins add the Au Jus Gravy Cook for another 30 mins Eat and Enjoy!!
