Mix sugar, butter, flour and baking powder as for pie crust. Blend milk, egg and flavoring well; add to dry ingredients and chill. Roll out this and cut in oblong pieces 6" long and i" wide. Bake on an ungreased Krokaner Forms 8 minutes at 350 degrees F. It is necessary that the Krokaner Form not be hot when the cut cookie is placed on it, When the cookies have cooled, ice lightly with melted white summer coating (melt over hot not boiling water!) and top with sugar sprinkles.
