Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Saute minced garlic until translucent. Add chicken, kielbasa and onion and cook until tender. Pour in the tomatoes, beef broth and chicken broth. and cider vinegar.
Season with Italian seasoning, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, and add the drained and rinsed beans. Return to a boil, then turn the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, until heated through.
Serve with corn muffins or fresh bread. ENJOY!
