This is my m-in-laws age old recipe, substituted raw mango for ambade. A typical konkani dish
Cut the vegetable into big pieces(circles for Karela, and turiya)slices for mango and beans broken into 2 inch ,Cook this in very little water until all water is evaporated, with salt and jaggery(brown sugar) Masala: Roast all the seeds and add to the coconut along with tamarind. Grind it till smooth and let the vegetables cook a little more in it, till it comes to a boil. Add seasoning before serving, Oil, mustard seeds and currypatta. This is a very yummy curry
