Quesadillas are the perfect light summer meal, so why not try something a little different and use McIntosh Haggis for a Scottish style quesadilla with a difference!
Cook some McIntosh Haggis is the microwave as per cooking instructions on pack, thenbreak it up with a fork then spread it over the base of one of the flour tortillas. Over the top of the haggis put some slices of red onion or spring onion, dependent on preference Cover with the grated chedder cheese Now mix some soured vream with fresh chopped chives and spread over the other tortilla before sandwiching together Hear on a non stick frying pan and fry for approx 3-4 mins on each side until golden Keep warm in a low oven hear while cooking the rest for 5 minutes at 180degrees To serve, cut into wedges with a pizza cutter and enjoy!
