Ingredients

  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • 1 ½ lbs. pork ribs
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 small cabbage
  • ½ can of tomato paste
  • Water
  • Crusty Italian bread (optional, but seriously recommended!)

Method

Heat olive oil in Dutch oven. Season pork with garlic powder, salt and pepper and add to pot, cooking until nicely browned. Core cabbage and cut into pieces. Place in pot, adding tomato paste and water to cover. Simmer until meat falls apart. Serve with crusty Italian bread.
