Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 fish fillet.
  • 2-3 ounces flour
  • 1 onion
  • 3 ounces oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Chop fish fillet finely, add flour, salt, oil and pepper. Stir thoroughly and shape small balls. Poach in salted boiling water. Chop onion finely, fry in oil until golden brown, and serve with tolcheniki.
