Easy Overnight Baked Oatmeal

Start your day right with this easy and delicious overnight baked oatmeal. Perfect for a healthy, make-ahead breakfast that can be customized with your favorite toppings, inspired by Maranatha Conference Center.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup oil (1 cup applesauce can be substituted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 2/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 Tbl baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • maple & vanilla flavorings to taste

Method

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in a greased, uncovered 9 X 13 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Warm milk and pour over individual servings of oatmeal. Cinnamon/sugar, raisins, and brown sugar can be sprinkled on top to taste.
