Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 packages of Imitation crab (stick shaped “ not flaked)
  • bacon
  • skewers, grilling basket or campfire fork
  • butter
  • garlic powder
  • Old Bay Seasoning

Method

Butter a slice of bacon and sprinkle with garlic salt or powder OR Old Bay Seasoning. Wrap A crab leg with the buttered piece of bacon and put on skewers. Use 2 skewers for each crab leg or grilling basket to enable turning on the grill. Grill till bacon is done. Variations: May also use campfire forks for the grill or the campfire. Place in a bun with mayo and cheese or Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked to the degree of doneness you prefer.
