This quick and easy one-pan recipe features tender chicken, fluffy rice, and cheesy goodness, all made convenient with Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup. A perfect family-friendly dinner with added vegetables for a complete meal, ready in under an hour.
Heat oil in 12" skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet.
Stir soup, water, onion powder, pepper and rice in skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low…cover, and cook 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Stir in vegetables. Return chicken to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
