Easy Cucumber appetizer - inspiration from the internet
Ingredients
- Persian cucumbers - 4
- Grape tomatoes - 12 or 16
- Cream cheese - 4 oz
- Mayaonnaise - 2 tablespoon
- finely chopped fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon
- dry basil - little to sprinkle
- black ground pepper - to sprinkle
- pickled banana pepper - 4 slices - finely chopped
Method
Cut the Grape tomatoes into 4 quarters, mix with basil and pepper Skin the cucumber and cut them into 1/2 inch slices
mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, banana pepper, parsley.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture on the cucumber slice and place one tomato quarter on the top.
