This tangy vinegar sauce is the key to a southern style pulled pork. Serve on hamburger buns with Cole slaw.
Season Pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put onion in crock pot and put pork on top. Cook on low for 9-10 hours. While pork is cooking, combine the sauce ingredients. Take pork out and dump out fat (but try to keep the onion). Shred the pork using two large forks. Put back in crock pot and stir in sauce. Heat through.
