Cook with cream cheese to create a simple creamy pasta sauce. Chicken, broccoli and red peppers make this dish a tasty meal for everyone.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is lightly browned. Remove chicken and add broccoli, red peppers and chicken broth. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat. Add cheese then pasta, combining gently until cheese is melted and smooth.
