Beef Madras curry with a creamy base on steamed rice
Saute onion and garlic, add curry paste and stir fry until fragrant. Add beef and cook until browned. Add tomatoes and coconut milk and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes - 1 hour (until beef is tender) Serve over steamed rice
