Cabbagechino

Description

I love this recipe and shock people when they find out there is cabbage in it, about one of the only ways that my husband will eat cabbage. And if anyone knows my husband he is just as picky as a 4 year old. But he loves this and has it for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz almond or rice milk vanilla flavored
  • 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 oz raw cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder or coco
  • 1 tsp Cafix crystals or instant coffee
  • 1 wedge cabbage
  • 1-2 cups ice

Method

place ingredients into blender in order listed and secure lid. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed up to 10 then to high. Blend for 90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve and Enjoy!
